Flow Breathwork
Experience a powerful fusion of ancient breathwork, movement, and energy healing in a 75-minute session with Lesley Parris. Through an activating 3-part cyclic breathing pattern, you may experience euphoria, elevation, emotional/physical release, and an opportunity to reconnect with your inner self. Leave with a renewed sense of balance and a profound understanding of the power that lies within the breath. Sessions include a period of integration, at the end, to journal about the experience and wisdom.
